Program Overview
The Minnesota Libraries Publishing Project (MLPP) provides online publishing tools and training information to support researchers, independent authors, and small publishers. We believe that libraries have a vibrant role to play in helping local communities come together to create and share books.

OA/Paid/Hybrid: Publications currently published and/or available online. OA (open access) publications do not include counts for hybrid publications. Hybrid publications are those that may be offered in some form as OA, but are also available as a paid version.
