Program Overview

Mission/Objectives:
UTS ePRESS is the digital, open access scholarly publishing arm of the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). We are one of the longest running open access publishers in Australia, established in 2004. We publish high-quality works across a wide range of academic disciplines, with particular strengths in the humanities, arts, and social sciences. UTS ePress aims to publish high-quality peer reviewed, scholarly literature in areas of strategic priority for UTS and beyond, attracting engagement with scholars from around the world. We currently publish scholarly journals and open textbooks.

Last Year:
Our current focus is on open textbooks through our membership in the Council of Australian University Librarians (CAUL) OER Collective.
Future Plans:
Our future focus will be to further expand in open educational resources and Australian Indigenous studies.
