To encourage communication and collaboration across sectors and to support its operations, the Library Publishing Coalition welcomes non- and for-profit organizations to engage with the LPC community through its Publishers and Service Providers Program.
Eligibility: The program welcomes non- and for-profit publishers and service providers that work with, or provide services of interest to, library publishers. The LPC Board is responsible for determining eligibility for the program and approving sponsor contracts. Organizations participating in this program are required to adhere to LPC’s Code of Conduct when interacting with the LPC community and its members.
Costs and benefits: Costs vary by tier, from free (inclusion on the LPC’s Publishers and Service Providers List) to significant financial support of the organization (with attendant recognition and benefits). Lower paid tiers include only sponsorship of the annual Library Publishing Forum, while higher levels include Forum sponsorship plus organizational sponsorship. Timing: Sponsorship is annual, based on the calendar year. New sponsors may be added at any time, but fees will not be prorated. The “Publishers and Service Providers” list is updated annually, at which point participants must reaffirm their desire to be included.

Any publisher or service provider who meets the criteria for the program and wants to publicly state their interest in working with the community of library publishers can ask to be included on the LPC’s Publishers and Service Providers List. Inclusion on the list does not constitute an endorsement, and no other benefits are conferred on the participants in this tier.
Library Publishing Forum Sponsor ($500 and above)
This tier includes Library Publishing Forum sponsorship.
Benefits:
- Small logo on the Forum program
- Mention in all Forum literature as a Forum Sponsor
- Inclusion of a promotional flyer provided by the organization in attendee packets
- The opportunity to speak to attendees briefly during the sponsor showcase
- Exhibit space
Library Publishing Coalition Sponsor ($1000 and above)
This tier includes Library Publishing Forum sponsorship, plus introductory-level sponsorship of the Library Publishing Coalition.
Library Publishing Forum sponsorship benefits:
- Medium-sized logo on the Forum program
- Mention in all Forum literature as an LPC Supporter
- Inclusion of a promotional flyer provided by the organization in attendee packets
- The opportunity to speak to attendees briefly during the sponsor showcase
- Exhibit space
- One complimentary Forum registration
Library Publishing Coalition sponsorship benefits:
- The sponsoring organization may send up to two promotional messages per year to LPC’s listerv via the community facilitator.
- One representative of the sponsoring organization may attend non-fee-based events such as webinars and roundtable discussions.
- Acknowledgment as a Sponsor on the LPC website, with a small logo
Library Publishing Coalition Gold Sponsor ($3000 and above)
This tier includes Library Publishing Forum sponsorship, plus Gold level sponsorship of the Library Publishing Coalition.
